Services

Plant selection and site planning

Before any price, we turn your project figures into a plant configuration, a site layout and a written scope of supply — free of charge.

Most problems on asphalt plant projects start with a plant sized from a capacity figure alone. We start from your project instead: how many tonnes the pavers need each day, how far the trucks travel, how wet the aggregate is and what fuel you can buy.

From those figures we choose batch or drum, stationary or mobile, size each system to the real bottleneck and draw a layout that fits your land — production area, stockpiles, tank farm, truck routes and maintenance access.

How we work

  1. 01

    Collect requirements

You fill in our project sheet: tonnage, mixes, materials, fuel, power, site and logistics.

  2. 02

    Choose the process

Batch or drum, stationary, mobile or containerized — explained with the reasons.

  3. 03

    Size the systems

Cold feed, drying, screening, mixing and loading checked against the same output.

  4. 04

    Lay out the site

A general arrangement showing foundations, roads, tanks and stockpiles.

  5. 05

    Agree the scope

A written list of what we supply and what is prepared locally.

What HMAMIX provides

  • General layout and foundation load data
  • Utility needs: power, fuel, water, compressed air
  • Written scope of supply and interface list

What you prepare

  • Daily and peak tonnage, mix types
  • Aggregate sizes, moisture and bitumen supply
  • Site plan, levels and access roads
  • Local permit and emission requirements

Questions

Is the planning service free?

Yes. Pre-sales consultation and plant design are free; HMAMIX only needs your project information.

Do you provide civil drawings?

We provide foundation loads, anchor positions and interface data. Detailed civil design must be done by a local designer who knows the soil and local codes.
