Installation, commissioning and acceptance
Our engineers guide installation, run the plant through its tests and calibrate it with your materials before handover.
A plant is accepted when it produces the agreed mix, at the agreed rate, under agreed conditions. We guide the mechanical and electrical installation, then test the plant in stages: empty, with interlocks, and finally with your materials.
Output, weighing accuracy, mix quality and emissions are tested separately, each with its own method — not one general promise.
How we work
- 01
Installation check
Foundations, structures, cables and pipes checked against the drawings.
- 02
No-load tests
Motor directions, sequences, emergency stops and door switches.
- 03
Interlock tests
Burner safety, temperature limits and discharge gate signals.
- 04
Calibration
Aggregate, filler, bitumen and additive scales calibrated.
- 05
Trial production and acceptance
Mix produced, sampled and tested under the agreed conditions.

Questions
Do you install the plant yourselves?
Our engineers guide installation and carry out commissioning. Cranes and the installation crew are usually arranged locally; if you need us to take on installation, we agree it in the contract.
How is plant output tested?
Under agreed conditions: aggregate moisture, mix temperature, fuel and recipe. Output stated without conditions cannot be tested fairly.
