Overview
HMAMIX mobile asphalt drum mix plants are designed for projects that require frequent relocation, with capacities starting from 40 t/h.
Drying and mixing are combined in one rotating drum mounted on a trailer chassis, enabling continuous production with fast relocation capability. Plants can be customized with additional features and advanced intelligent control systems.
How a drum mix plant works
Drying and mixing happen continuously in one drum, giving steady output with a simpler structure. These are the main systems of the plant, in the order material flows through them.

Cold feed bins
Belt feeders meter each aggregate size continuously; a belt scale reports the total flow to the control system.

Drum: drying and mixing zones
Aggregate dries in the burner end of the drum and is coated with bitumen further along, so drying and mixing happen in one pass.

Bitumen dosing
A metering pump adds hot bitumen in step with the measured aggregate flow.

Dust collection
Exhaust from the drum is cleaned in a dust collector before it reaches the stack.

PLC control
The controller keeps aggregate feed, bitumen rate and burner output in balance as production changes.
